3. Do I need to pay any commission to Bikkay?
No, Bikkay does not charge any commission. You keep 100% of your profit.
4. What are the available seller plans?

5. Can I list dropshipping products from platforms like Zambeel or Alibaba?
Yes, you can list dropshipping products from any platform. Just ensure you fulfill orders responsibly.
6. In which countries can I list my products?
You can list your products in any country. While adding your product, simply select the desired country.
7. How do I receive orders?
When a buyer places an order, you’ll get a notification with the buyer’s details. You must fulfill the order directly.
8. Does Bikkay offer delivery or payment services?
No. Bikkay is not responsible for delivery or payment collection. Sellers must manage logistics independently.
9. How do I get paid by the customer?
You should send the product on Cash on Delivery (COD). The buyer will check the product upon delivery and pay if satisfied.
10. What happens if a buyer refuses to pay?
If a buyer refuses due to damaged or wrong product, Bikkay is not liable. Please handle order disputes professionally and keep proof of delivery.
