11. Is Bikkay an online store?
No. Bikkay is not an e-commerce site. It’s a classified/digital advertising platform that connects buyers and sellers directly.
 

12. How can I buy a product from Bikkay?
Simply contact the seller through the listed product page and confirm your order. Sellers usually contact you via phone for confirmation.
 

13. Is there Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. Most sellers offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Confirm this while placing the order.
 

14. Can I check the product before I pay?
Yes, buyers are encouraged to open the parcel, inspect the product, and only pay if satisfied.
 

15. Who is responsible if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Bikkay is not responsible. It is up to you and the seller to resolve any disputes. Bikkay only provides a connection platform.
 

16. Does Bikkay take payment from buyers?
No. Bikkay does not collect or handle any payments. You pay directly to the seller or their delivery partner.
 

17. What if a seller asks for advance payment?
We strongly discourage paying in advance. Only proceed with Cash on Delivery. Report any such behavior to Bikkay support.
 

18. How do I report a scam or fraud?
Use the “Report” button on the product or seller profile, or contact Bikkay support. Fraudulent sellers will be banned.
 

19. Are all sellers verified on Bikkay?
Not all sellers are verified. Please deal cautiously, check reviews, and prefer COD to stay safe.or Meet with seller in safe place, Commercial place, Market and pay by hand 
 

20. Can I return a product?
Bikkay does not manage returns. Any return or refund policy is between you and the seller. Always confirm return policy before purchasing.
