Welcome to Bikkay.com. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using any services offered by Bikkay.com.

1. Platform Nature

Bikkay.com is not an e-commerce or fulfillment company.
It is a digital advertising and product listing platform that connects buyers and sellers worldwide.
Bikkay does not store, deliver, or collect payments on behalf of any user.
We do not act as an intermediary in financial transactions between buyers and sellers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register as a seller or list products on Bikkay.com.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.

3. Listing Products

Sellers are solely responsible for the content, images, pricing, and authenticity of their product listings.
All products must comply with local and international laws and must not be illegal, counterfeit, or restricted.
Bikkay.com reserves the right to remove or reject listings that:
- Violate legal or ethical guidelines
- Contain false information
- Promote prohibited products or services

4. Buyer's Responsibilities

Buyers are encouraged to verify the product upon delivery before making any payment.
Bikkay strongly discourages advance payments.
Only proceed with Cash on Delivery, Pickup, or Personal Meetup.
Bikkay will not be liable for any financial loss due to advance payments or fraud.
Buyers should report suspicious or fraudulent sellers to our support team.

5. Seller's Responsibilities

Sellers must ensure that listed products are available, accurate, and delivered as promised.
All transactions must follow Cash on Delivery or direct payment after buyer satisfaction.
Sellers are prohibited from:
- Requesting advance payments from buyers
- Delivering fake or non-functioning products
- Sharing misleading or deceptive product information

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban without prior notice.

6. User Conduct

Users must not:

Impersonate any person or entity
Use Bikkay for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities
Spam or over-promote unrelated services
Attempt to access private data or misuse the platform’s infrastructure

7. Payment and Commission (for Sellers)

Bikkay offers multiple listing plans:
- Free Plan: 50 products for 30 days
- Bronze Plan: Unlimited listings for 30 days
- Gold Plan: Unlimited listings for unlimited time
Bikkay does not process payments from buyers. Sellers are fully responsible for collecting payments via COD, pickup, or meetup.

8. Affiliate Program

When referring another seller who purchases a plan, affiliates earn 20% commission.
Affiliates must provide accurate referral information.
Misuse or abuse of the affiliate program may lead to disqualification or account action.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bikkay.com is not responsible for:
- Product quality, delivery, or warranties
- Disputes between buyers and sellers
- Financial losses due to fraud or advance payment
We provide advertising space and product listing tools only.

10. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if:

There is any violation of these terms
Fraudulent, unethical, or illegal activity is detected
User misuses the platform or causes harm to others

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of Bikkay.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

12. Changes to Terms

Bikkay reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
